The Art of Manifestation


Do you believe in the universe? Do you believe in the power of the universe that set up a course of action as per your reaction?

Have you ever wanted something so badly that you just close your eyes and imagine having it already every day? A few days later it starts to come true? That’s the power of the universe that has set the course of action as per your action.

If you dream of something great if you feel like something is missing in your life start making its place in your life. Start to pay attention to your feelings.

Ask yourself what you want.

Believe that you will achieve it.

Receive the results.

Always keep your dreams running in the back of your mind, remember that dress you wanted to buy that costlier than you one month’s salary, remember that car you always wanted to have but couldn’t afford it, remember that destination you always wanted to travel but don’t have enough funds for it? Start believing in yourself and picturing wearing that dress, driving that car, traveling to that destination. Keep sending yourself towards that dream. In the power of manifestation, there is no HOW. There is just attraction and visualization.

What you seek will seek you. You will always get what you feel most of the time.

Try it adapt it.

Repetitive thoughts during the entire day are the tool of manifestation.

Why 3-6-9?

The number three is significant because it’s the direct link to the source – The Universe. Six represents the deepest strength, capabilities we have within ourselves. Nine is in accordance with moving on from the past and helps release any feelings of self-doubt or negativity.

Take a pen and paper and start rolling –

Try to think all you want and write it as a rough draft. Always start with “I am so happy and grateful that I have a satisfying career as ______. I feel value and respected at work. I am learning new things and gaining new opportunities every day. I am having the best time of my life with my life partner, my family is having good health. My kids are learning new things and they are on their path to becoming a successful person. ……

Now reframe it into a 17 seconds long message that you’d like to give the universe every day. Don’t negate the sentence. For example, if your health is down then try to manifest it like “ I am feeling better from inside, I can feel improvement inside me. I feel that my health is healing.

Avoid frustration or external thoughts during these seventeen seconds. Write this three times in the morning.

In the afternoon when the day gets chaotic, get back to your manifestation bubble and start sending desirable thoughts to the universe. It might get tough to enter a state of positivity at such time of the day but you need to learn to train your mind by setting itself free in the land of thoughts and find one positive vibration that will set its course to seek your desires. Once you have written your statements six times, try to read it out loud. Remind yourself that this is what you want and believe you are living it.


The last manifestation step is crucial and critical to rewiring your brain before you hit your bed. During sleep, our brain does a lot of consolidation of what it has accumulated during the entire day. Without any external distractions that could potentially affect your vibration, we should take advantage of letting those thoughts sit in the mind undisturbed. It can be the fast-track way to reprogram your mind when utilized effectively. When we continuously visualize, our brain cannot tell the difference between a memory, a dream, or if something is completely made up just because we feel like it. So now you need to say it to yourself and reassure by writing it down- nine times.

When you are manifesting for the first time, do not put a timeline to your thoughts. While we manifest, time doesn’t exist. Just remember to keep your vibrations high, your desires clear and meaningful, and your patterns consistent.
